Terms of Service - Steezr Hub

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Steezr Hub ("Platform"), an internal business management platform operated by steezr s.r.o. ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Steezr Hub is a private, invitation-only platform provided exclusively to our clients and authorized referral partners ("Users"). Access is granted solely at our discretion.

2. Eligibility and Access

The Platform is available only to individuals who have been granted an account by steezr s.r.o. You may not share your login credentials with any third party. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Platform solely for the purposes for which access was granted, including:

Viewing and managing tasks, invoices, and subscriptions related to your account
Communicating with steezr s.r.o. through the Platform's features
Submitting referrals (if you are an authorized referral partner)

You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, or interfere with its operation.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of steezr s.r.o. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose.

5. Confidentiality

Any business information, financial data, project details, or other non-public information you access through the Platform is confidential. You agree not to disclose, copy, or distribute any such information to third parties without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, steezr s.r.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
